Psylocke (Elizabeth "Betsy" Braddock) is a fictional character depicted in comic books published by Marvel Comics, most notably those comics featuring the superhero team the X-Men. She was initially a supporting character in the adventures of her twin brother, Captain Britain, briefly substituting for him in the role.Later, she became the mutant superheroine Psylocke. Originally presented as a precognitive in the pages of Captain Britain and then as a telepath, the character was eventually written as unexplainedly acquiring the telekinesis of Jean Grey.
