Brochure Design That Sells

The key to a successful brochure is its design.  It is created to attract a new customer’s attention. And if you are sending the wrong brochure, you are just wasting your money, and you are not making impression to your customers.

A good brochure design increases your sales potential and leaves a good first impression on your potential customers. A well-designed brochure makes for an effective marketing tool, while a poorly-designed one is a sure-fire way to drive potential customers away.

The first step to take when creating a brochure design is to determine what is the purpose of the brochure.  Most brochures are made to be informative and sell a product or service. Determine your target audience.

If your objectives are to sell a product or service, then you want to be sure that the content of the brochure does just that.  In order to get the prospective readers to continue reading your brochure, you have to put something captivating on the front.  The majority of potential readers don’t even open brochures unless there is something compelling on the front cover.  You must get your readers’ attention, before you can sell them anything.

The look and feel of your brochures should represent your brand and communicate the message you are trying to convey. Glossy paper stock makes your brochure to have a slight sheen and to stand out with more vibrant colors.

Pictures are worth a thousand words in brochure design. Use high quality pictures of your products, of pretty people who are enjoying the benefits if using them.

Your brochure design must bring about attention, just like in an advertisement.  Strong visuals and a center of attention on the page will help bring about a successful brochure design that sells.
